Econowall is the trading name of Project Consulting & Construction LTD. Payment on your statement will show as this.

•All prices quoted exclude Vat unless otherwise stated.

•Despite our intention to supply at prices quoted, all products shown can be subject to change.

We do not accept returns of Slatwall Panels and Inserts, MDF Sheets (Melamine Faced MDF), Wooden Gondolas and Counters as there are all made to order

•Deliveries dates for goods, though given in good faith, are estimates only and are subject to the relevant stock being available and our 3rd party delivery company. We accept no responsibility and the purchaser has no right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed, unless we have specifically agreed in writing to deliver on a particular date.

•Goods are to be returned only with our prior consent and charged to the customer  All goods must be returning in saleable condition unless being returned as faulty. The buyer is responsible for paying the origInal postage cost and also the cost to return the products to stock and there will be a 25% restocking charge applied to any returns,  We do not accept returns for Slatwall Panels and Inserts, MDF Sheets (Melamine Faced MDF), Wooden Gondolas and Counters as there are all made to order

•Any damages or shortages must be reported by 11am the day following delivery. Failure to report under this term will result in no obligation to the seller.

•Our liability in respect of damaged/delayed goods shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods (excluding vat) and our liability shall not extend to consequential or indirect loss or damage.

•All goods signed for by the customer indicates acceptance of the goods under our terms & conditions. `Not checked` or `Signed damaged` or similar written on delivery documents, will not indicate seller responsibility.

•Goods are not sold on a trial basis - customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. The seller is in no way responsible for any help or advice that the customer feels later is incorrect or dissatisfied.

•Force Majeure – Econowall will not be liable for default resulting from factors beyond their reasonable control.

•By purchasing from us you agree to our Terms and Conditions

•All transactions are processed in British Pounds 

•If ordering by telephone and paying by credit card a 2.5% processing fee will apply, there are no fees for debit card payments
