Econowall is has been one of the leading mail-order suppliers of shop display equipment since the 1990's.

We can deliver your order directly to your shop, as a mail-order only supplier we do not allow collections

 

 

Standard delivery lead times are:

Slatwall Panels, Wooden Shelves - 3-4 Working Days

Slatwall Inserts and Finishing Trims - 3-4 Working Days

Slatwall Accessories - 1-3 Working Days

Card Units, Counters and Display Units items - 12-14 Working Days

Garment Displays - 1-3 Working Days

Retail Shelving - 3-4 working days

 

 

How Much Will My Delivery Cost?

No registration is required to get your delivery cost. Add the items you want to the shopping basket. Click on view basket, scroll down until you find the shipping estimator. Enter your postcode and our website will out the full cost of delivery to your address.


How Will You Deliver My Items?

We deliver our products in different ways depending on which items you have ordered. Deliveries will be made by either Pallet Carrier, Parcel Carrier or Dedicated Vehicle. For information about which delivery will be applicable for your items see the specific items page.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

 

Parcel Delivery Information:    

  • We use one of the largest parcel carriers in the country
  • The driver will deliver the items to your door
  • Items will be well packaged with bubble-wrap, tape and cardboard.
  • Please check all items before signing for the delivery. If you sign for everything as ‘ok’ we will be unable to claim for replacements should you have damages.

Pallet Delivery Information:

  • You will need something to cut the metal banding with that secures your items to the pallet, good strong pliers or wire cutters will do.
  • The delivery driver is not our employee and they are only insured to get the delivery to you, they cannot help you unload
  • Due to the size and weight of pallet delivered items, please make sure you have some people around to help you unload, unloading really isn’t a one person job
  • In the unfortunate event that you do have some damages on your delivery, you need to call us as soon as possible, and sign the drivers paper work as ‘damaged’, if there are a lot of damages you may want to refuse the delivery, please give a call on 01621 774700 before you do this though so that we can arrange for replacements to get to you in a speedy manor.

      

Dedicated Vehicle Delivery Information:

  • Certain orders require dedicated transport.
  • If we decide your order will will require this delivery we will contact you by telephone
  • Dedicated delivery vehicles range from tansit size vans to articulated lorries
  • Full tracking is available on your order from dispatch
